I had been using FireFox initially and attempted Chrome prior to submitting my first ticket, but switched back to Firefox to avoid the possibility that “Google Chrome’s power saving feature which will pause a broadcast if you mute the tab and navigate to a different tab-this will prevent you from earning tokens” Not that that had happened, just to avoid the possibility that Chrome was a problem at all. Since I was receiving some tokens it was safe to assume that I was connected properly (although I did sign out and back in to make sure) and that I had no ad blockers on. That said, we can’t actually see which matches you’d watched, so I’m afraid that there’s not a way that we’re able to see how many you’re missing =/”Īccompanied by a link to a list of possible resolutions which I attempted to use to trouble shoot during the next weeks round of OWL… “I do see you getting some, so looks like you’re linked properly. Created my first ticket about this to Blizzard support to which the response was: I then tried watching through twitch, still tokens not being rewarded. Then as my husband and I watch in tandem under each of our own accounts, on each of our own separate computers we noticed he would receive tokens while I would not. I originally was watching OWL live via Overwatch League. I am not sure if anyone else is experiencing exactly the same issue, however let me start by saying I have tried everything that my husband can think of. ![]()
